Hi Charlie: You may check Venezuela has the correct coordinates in your country database. Close log, click on File, Database, Country, again on Country, Find, type "venezuela" and check the following:
Longitude: 67.00 West - Latitude: 10.50 North Click on File, Save and Exit.
