The default is fine, BUT if you wish to change the report to something other
than 59, you have to hit the tab key after the second digit is entered,
otherwise, for example a rstS 57, rstR 58 would become rstS 575 rstR 8 and
then you have to start the report sequence over again, using the tab key or
mouse clicking the next box after the rstS two digit report is manually
