[Dx4win] Radio Control IC-756 Pro II

This is for Icom 756 Pro II users:

My FT-1000MP is in for repairs. In the meantime I am setting up an IC-756 
Pro II as a replacement.
In Preferences, Radio 1, I have chosen  756 Pro from the Icom menu and 
accepted the defaults given.
There is no communication between the computer port and the 756. I had no 
problem at all with the
FT-1000MP. Anything obvious that I am missing. ( I have the PRO II working 
at the basic level...while
reading the instruction manual). Thanks de Joe, W6RLL.
