I am trying to get RAC Winter 2005 to work with DX4WIN 6.03. In setup
parameters I have the following information. Data Source-Flying Horse CD ROM,
Data Directory- C:\RAC2005, QSL Manager Search (dll)- C:\RAC\RACCD32A.DLL. When
I highlight the call and hit F3 the following error message appears, "Flying
Horse Error 3. Difficulty Loading C:\RAC\RACCD32A.DLL. MSG. Load Library Failed
For C:\RAC|RACCD32A.DLL What have I done wrong?

Happy Holidays and thanks in advance for your help.

Subject: [Dx4win] Turkish Radio Amateurs Information in Flying Horse Radio
        Amateur Callbook Winter 2005
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Dear Friends,

When I tried to work with "Flying Horse Radio Amateur
Callbook Winter 2005 CD" and asked for Turkish Radio
Amateurs information "Ý" comes as "Y", "i" as comes
"y", "ö", as comes "oe" and "ü" as comes "ue". "I, i,
Ö, Ü" and "ý, i, ö, ü" are Turkish characters.

My computer has only English keyboard, the 101 key
standard keyboard.

I wrote this problem to "Callbook Orders - U.S.".

Representatives of callbook must use UTF-8 and ISO
8196. They need Turkish patch now.

My "Flying Horse Radio Amateur Callbook Winter 2005
CD" is original and manufactured in Germany (P.O. Box
1170 - 34216 Baunatal-Germany). ISBN 3-937198-01-6

Therefore in my opinion Turkish Radio Amateurs
information is wrong in "Flying Horse Amateur Callbook
Winter 2005 CD".

I am waiting for the correction from "Flying Horse
Radio Amateur Callbook".

Best regards from TAnatolia.

Berkin, TA3J

All suggestions appreciated (but have already soaked my head today) .
