Looking for help with radio control. My old computer died and have recently installed Dx4Win v. 6 on a new Dell Latitude D600 laptop. Everything seems to work OK except control of my Yaesu FT-990. Have checked the port, cable, and radio and all seem OK, but the program is not communicating with the radio for some reason. Settings are:
Yaesu FT-990 address - 00 baudrate - 4800 com port 1 (this is the port on the laptop.
