If I have a QSO confirmed via LoTW and marked "upload confirmed" (but no QSL is in hand and upload is the only "confirmation" marked in the program), and then the credit is used/submitted for DXCC (and marked "submitted"), the QSO cannot be retrieved using "report - DXCC - listing"
The entity mode (in my case RTTY) is marked correctly with a "S" in the listing. Clicking this asterisk normally brings up the QSO that is marked "submitted". In my case it brings up an error, QSO not found. Uploading and confirming via LoTW went smoothly, but I am at a loss for what I would do with more than a handful of submitted credits. I wound up having to mark each individually that was an upload confirm to be used for a credit, checking against the website. Thoughts? 73 de David.
