[Dx4win] SWL Labels

[ARS NZ3O (Byron) FM29fx]

I'm getting the impression that no one uses DX4WIN
to generate SWL labels.  Since it doesn't seem to work,
maybe that should be dropped in future releases.

Is everyone doing these by hand?
