To the group: I'm having some trouble with my DX4WIN ver 6.03. I'm using XP home with the software installed on an external hard drive. I've had the program up and running for about a day and decided I was happy with ver 6.03 and would delete the old versions off the computer. I had a copy of 5.03 and 6.02 and went throught the supplied uninstall program. I also deleted both of the old directories. Now when I click on the DX4WIN icon I get the following error message:
Port Driver not found Check appendix: Files for the correct driver and the program does not run. Any suggestions....and no worries I'm safely backed up.
