Hi All

it was aid earlier

" Beware that ink jet printers use water soluble ink that runs if it gets wet
and fades in a relatively short time, like less than a few years, faster if
exposed to light. Laser printers fuses the ink particles into the media with
intense heat and it remains permanent."

Do what i did to test your ink to see if it runs in the wet or fades over
time.

I printed a few out, stuck one in the window facing the sun at noon, pinned
one to a tree to see what the weather does to it
over time. Remember that when you send out your qsl to the station who
wants it, mentioned to me a few years ago
he might live in a very wet and damp area and the ink might run in time.

Or like a few i have and have seen pinned to a wall in bright sunsine, go
to use it for a award
and find the ink has faded that much you can no longer read it.

(Glad my P5 card was printed with a lazer)

Hi John

I was just searching the DX4Win reflector archives and wondered if you can
help. I'm struggling to get the radio control working, it's working fine
with Ham Radio Deluxe, and OK on 20 & 17M with DX4Win, if I change to
another band it just hangs and them times out.

Did you have any problems?

Thanks.
