Steve, Ok. I give up. How do you export to Excel and then import again. I know that you can write to a .csv file by right clicking on the log window and that can be imported by Excel, but I don't see a way to import from Excel.

Hi John, There is a way around it, another user of this forum recommended for me as I have over 200,000 records and did not fancy the prospect of removing each of the errors individually. You can output the file into excel and this way it is easier to clear the field - easy if there is no other information you wish to keep in that field (as Guy has previously mentioned). It would of course be nice to have a few lines of extra code just to compare the first word in this field ie if it sees the word "Error" as the first word prompt to delete the field. Maybe for the next version if there is enough call for it ;-) Hope this helps, Steve G4KIV / ZC4BS Homepage: http://www.stevebb.com Photo portfolio: http://www.usefilm.com/photographer/33060.html Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
