Hi Gang,

I'll be doing a country file update this weekend based on the feedback I
received from the 6.03 release. If you have any changes you want me to make,
please let me know ASAP. If you are so inclined, please follow the steps
described on the DX4WIN country file home page:

  http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/

and send me the results (after you have checked for your own errors).

Subject: [Dx4win] Dx4win v 6.02 - Windows 2000pro
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Hello DX4WIN-lovers,
I just got a laptop with win2000pro to be used in my summer cottage and
have ran into a problem. I cannot save new QSOs into my QSO-file SM0LZT.dxl
kept in the SAVE folder. When trying I get this message:
An exception occurred!
Cannot create file c:\Program files\dx4win602\save\sm0lzt.dxl.
Access is denied.

I copied the original DX4WIN-zip file over to the laptop plus the
SAVE-folder from my PC where I use W98SE. I have read in the manual that
DX4WIN will recognize which operating system being in use and adopt itself
accordingly. I tried to find some facts in the DX4WIN archives but
could not find anything older than Jan 2002. I guess any questions relating
to Win2000 were dealt with earlier.

So now my hope is that there is somebody out there who knows what to do.
Please give me a hint!
Erik
