I was trying to EXPORT for LOTW last evening. My previous upload included half the QSOs on a given date, so I attempted to filter on date and time.
When I used time (03:00Z) with the date, I filtered all but 12 QSOs. When I used date (the exact same one) I got 669 QSOs. And I hadn't worked 657 QSOs in the first three hours that day. Thoughts? 73, Byron
