Attachment 1.2 is most likely the message footer, that looks like:

Subject: [Dx4win] 6.03 upgrade problem
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I tried to upgrade this evening. After finishing the install process using
the suggested prompts, I got the following error message:

PORT DRIVER NOT FOUND!
Check Appendix: files for the correct driver.

I went to one of the pdf help files and found the index. It mentioned a
file:
   windows\system\vichw11.vxd

I changed my Windows Explorer option to allow me to see hidden files. I see
vichw11.vxd in the specified directory and in the PROGRAM
FILES\DX4WIN603\DRIVERS folder.

Now I cannot run version 6.02.

I am running W98 SE on a PII laptop.

Help!
