All, When I try to upload LOTW QSOs, any QSOs marked with QSL = Ignore are not marked....and not uploaded.
Can someone explain why...and how can I work around that? For instance, all my QSO's imported from other contest programs come into DX4WIN with QSL= Ignore. When I try to develop an upload for LOTW export, they are not included in the count...and don't get their Upload flags set. Also, old QSO's where I didn't want to paper QSL are marked ignore.....and are not included in the LOTW upload... Any help? Lou N2TU
