Wow, that explains my problem - out of 58468 QSOs it only sets the upload flag for 257 of them. That matches the count of QSOs without IGNORE set. Now for a fix.

When I try to develop an upload for LOTW export, they are not included in the count...and don't get their Upload flags set. Also, old QSO's where I didn't want to paper QSL are marked ignore.....and are not included in the LOTW upload... Any help?
