If you are running Windows NT or XP, you can replace that mess with a simple piece of free software that functions as a virtual null modem cable. Since writing those instructions, I have settled on a routine in which I use MMTTY in stand-alone mode for day-to-day RTTY operations, and enable the RTTY feature in DX4WIN for contests. Keep in mind, of course, that this setup is a bit of a kludge -- the elegant solution will arrive when Paul inserts true MMTTY integration into DX4WIN -- which he has listed as a future enhancement (no delivery date). -larry K8UT ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tom Branch" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "DX4WIN Reflector" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, November 19, 2004 11:09 AM Subject: [Dx4win] MMTTY > My apologies if this have been hashed out before but I've not been > following the group for a while. > > Is there a way to interface MMTTY and DX4WIN? > > 73 de Tom, K4NR _______________________________________________ > Dx4win mailing list > [email protected] > http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win _______________________________________________ Dx4win mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win
