Very interesting -- According to the LOTW website I have 5172 confirmed QSOs. According to DX4WIN, when I downloaded my report and imported it into my log, I set 5171 Upl Cnf flags to "y". Not that it really matters as long as it's not the P5, but I wonder why the discrepancy?
