In all honesty, I don't know, but I think it's supposed to come out of the sound card speakerse. On my upstairs Dell, I get needed spots "system beeps" on the sound card speakers. The sound card is an Audigy 2. On my downstairs Dell, I don't get any needed spots "system beeps". The sound cards is a Soundblaster Live!. Both copies of DX4WIN are configured exactly the same in this regard. I'm hoping that when I replace the downstairs sound card with a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz, I'll start to get sounds. 73 - Jim AD1C ===== Jim Reisert AD1C, 7 Charlemont Court, North Chelmsford, MA 01863 USA +978-251-9933, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, http://www.ad1c.com PGP Fingerprint: D8E2 3D78 339F A7F1 8C13 1193 B5D1 4FB6 79D1 70DC From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Sep 7 15:34:51 2004 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Joe Giacobello) Date: Tue Sep 7 15:38:23 2004 Subject: [Dx4win] EXT DATA Mystery References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Ernie and Tony, man tnx!!!!! 73, Joe Tony Lord wrote: >Joe, > >I agree with Ernie, that's exactly what I had to do! > >Good luck > >Tony G8DQZ > >-----Original Message----- >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Ernie Howard >Sent: 07 September 2004 12:08 >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [email protected] >Subject: Re: [Dx4win] EXT DATA Mystery > >Move your 'callbk' directory to the root of C drive, "C:/callbk".
