Okay, so I've done the LoTW 'thing' and gotten the bug once again to submit cards for 5BDXCC and other awards.
Now I need to do what one might consider "subtractive" filtering: (DXCC) List all the unconfirmed new bands/modes for DX stations only. (WAS) List all the unconfirmed new bands/modes for US stations only. Not sure how I do this...
