I agree. The Winkey is very good. I miss it in Dx4Win. I now use the
freeware SD-contest program from EI5DI where I can use the Winkey and
then log it in Dx4win. That is a little awkward.

Subject: [Dx4win] Using Avery, Brother, or Dymo Label Printers with DX4WIN?

Cliff:

I have been using a Dymo 330 printer for over a year now with DX4WIN. Works
great with a custom QSL label design that I created. It did take me a while
(couple of hours) to design and test a custom label format to print out
correctly on the Dymo. One thing I like about the Dymo is I can print one
QSL at a time -- or many if printing for bureau. It also allows me to
easily copy and paste the address label for sending direct (either to a
manager or to the DX station's home address). I merely go to QRZ.com and
find the callbook address, right click to copy, then open up or switch to
the Dymo software if already loaded. I then click once on the New address
button within the Dymo software, right click in the address box, paste the
address, and then Save. Once saved, one more click prints out the mailing
address. Very easy and fast! I also save my return address within the Dymo
mailing list and then click on my own address to print a return label for
the SASE.

It is a little tricky setting up the custom label format the first time, but
once you get it, you're off and running. It just takes a little patience
and trial and error. But it works great!
