I've been using http://www.datadepositbox.com/ for the past year or so.  
It is really cheap, only $0.01/meg of data.  The nice thing about it is 
it's automatic and you can set how many versions to keep.  A small 
application runs in the system tray and backs up data that changes.  I 
back up DX4WIN and some other data in My Documents.  It's 67 MB of data 
so it's only $0.67/mo.

LoTW won't maintain all your QSO notes, etc.  It also won't save all your award 
submission/approval status, even for DXCC (since many of your QSL cards were 
submitted in paper form, rather than LoTW).

If I'm stating the obvious, excuse me....but how about LOTW?

Once you've uploaded your logs to LOTW, you are set...if you have any 
problems (pray to God that it doesn't happen!), simply download your ADIF 
file...
