Hi Leo, I have tried with other logging/control software, and the same problem exists, so this is the Yaesu and not DX4WIN problem! I just want to know if Yaesu has recognised it and has done something to correct the issue in the next generation of their radios. It seems to me ICOM listens much more to their users (I have asked them why they don't include the real-time clock with date/time in their radios and they've done it immediately).
Now, with good propagation on 160, it happens to me often when I change bands by clicking on the spot, to transmit to the wrong power amplifier and antenna from my FT1000MP (I have antenna output A connected to one linear amplifier and my HF beams, and output B going to another amplifier/antenna dedicated only to 160-meters).... It is a pity, as it may just be a C.A.T. software modification in the FT1000MP, but Yaesu maybe just doesn't care... 73, Radi F6GNZ -----Original Message----- From: IZ5FSA [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, February 07, 2005 8:02 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cc: DX4WIN Reflector (E-mail) Subject: Re: [Dx4win] Anybody using FT1000MP Mark V? Yes, I'm using the same rtx and I have the same problem. And I am monitoring your question with big interest because I have NOT found any way to manage the info "antenna per band" in the DX4WIN Radio features. A pray: "Please, OM that read the messages and don't answer... Please give us a way to keep the right antenna so we never burn our beloved RTX and tuners!"
