If you mean the country window, it's always visible for me.  Make sure it's on
an unused portion of the screen.  If one of the larger windows like the QSO or
Packet window overlaps it, it might get pushed behind that window when
navigating QSOs.

You are correct, sir.
In ver 6.03 it always opened in an unused area.  In ver 6.04 I had it 
opening where another window would cover it up.  It would appear only 
when I first opened it, then disappear when scrolling between QSO's. 
I now (with Jims probing) understand it was still there but hidden. 
It is now out in the open and working fine.
