Hi Tony, Instead of printing the submission report, save it. Then edit it yourself in a plain text editor to list the QSOs in the order you want them. I will tell you that if you send QSL cards to ARRL, they don't even look at the printed submission form. But it should NEVER be newer/bigger than DX4WIN.DXB -- the only way this can occur is if the program did not shut down properly, or you forgot to save your log upon exiting. Unless you indicate WHICH QSO's you are submitting, ON THE CARD WITH MULTIPLE QSO's, they will ALL be entered---and you will be charged accordingly. I learned this to my sorrow on a large submission made a year ago. It did not matter that I had carefully prepared a complete listing of the submitted QSO's according to the submission rules. As Jim points out, the list is not consulted. According to Bill Moore, identify the submitted QSO's with a Post-It, tape or marker pen, right on the card. I had avoided markers to avoid defacing the card and possibly being dinged for altering them, but Bill insists upon the identification.
