I can't seem to get mastlookup to work. I have followed the help file procedures to convert a file. Nothing unusual except that it says it is going to create a .mas file but he file that is created is an access file with no extension. I have also tried creating the file by going through the export process. I do not receive any errors during the processes but the lookup does not work for me.
