Yes. Callsign exceptions have a starting date, but no ending date. In the case of a non-deleted country, a callsign mapping never goes away unless it's replaced with a more recent mapping. I just forgot to do this when I added AC7A/Bhutan. If you worked AC7A recently, just change the prefix to "W", fill in the state (to get the CQ zone set correctly) and save the QSO. This will add it to the callsign exception list and fix it for all subsequent QSOs. This will be permanently fixed in the next edition of the country file.
