Hallo I have just got a new printer. hp color 2550L. When I am printing labels, 7 down, 2 rows, the pw is ok 7 down but it only print 5 down.
I remember the same problem with HP1100, a new printerfile solved the problem. I have DX4WIN ver 6.03. Anyone that had the same problem?
