Dear Kostas, I believe there is no guarantee in step 3 that the selection of QSL's from DX4WIN will necessarily match the selection of Pending Credits in LOTW. This at least has been my experience. Because of this, I found that the only way to reliably update the DX4WIN database was to list out the Pending Credits in LOTW and manually update the Subm flag in the corresponding QSL's in DX4WIN. It would be nice if LOTW provided a download that included the Pending Credit flag (as well as other info) and if DX4WIN allowed updating based on this. Nice but not critical.
