Ken, Hi there, I understand that the answer is NO you don't have to pay the upgrade fee if you brought V6.xx within the last 6 months, (if you upgraded to 6.04 from an earlier version within the last six months, this does NOT count unless you paid $'s for it, which as an upgrade from V6.xx to 6.04 you wouldn't have done).
