The big thrust of this release, besides correcting reported errors, is to resolve VE, VK, UA and UA9 callsigns operating portable outside their default country or CQ Zone. For example, UA9KG/1 is European, not Asiatic Russia; VE3IY/7 is CQ Zone 3 (BC) not CQ Zone 4 (ON); VK6DXI/2 is CQ Zone 30, not CQ Zone 29. This has resulted in over 100 additional callsign exceptions. And I still have more work to do! Whenever you modify your log in any way, a 60 second timer starts, and an auto-save will happen at 0 time. That appears to be the lowest valid number. Zero apparently turns off auto-saves, and it won't take fractions, e.g. 0.5.
