I don't know about your printing problem (when you say endlessly, does
it ever stop and how?), but the Label field in the QSO tab in
Preferences refers to the default QSLing for the QSOs. The options are:

None - new QSOs will not be tagged for QSLing
Label - new QSOs will be tagged for paper QSLing only
Upl - new QSOs will be tagged for LotW QSLing only
Label & Upl - new QSOs will be tagged for both paper and LotW QSLing

I forgot to mention that I tried "clear Upload Flags" under Labels and that
didn't work either.

However, I copied my back up database and wrote it over the DB that I used
for the first attempt. I started from scratch and all worked just fine. I
now have my latest QSOs sitting in the ARRL's LoTW database.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I almost fell over when I saw all the
responses. Didn't expect such quick service either.
