Very strange indeed, for what its worth I just checked him on all bands 15m through 40m and DX4WIN V6.04 gave me same beam heading (137) for each frequency! Importand thing is, did you work him?? Aftery tring for hours yesterday, I at last got him SSB on 15m about one hour ago, he was only 34 but he gave me 59!
