Still working on things. Thanks to KE5BL for a bunch of new exceptions. I
added a few more new ones today:
LU5DT/D is Argentina, LU (2003)
S79MX/F is Seychelles, S7 (1994)
9M9/CCL is East Malaysia, 9M6 (2002)
I have also removed over 200 bad QSL manager entries from the database.
Please let me know if you have any more changes. ETA for release some time
later this week, when I finally get to the end of the QSL manager stuff.
