Each of us will have different "standards" to hold ourselves to. In my case I'd consider a move "across town" to be the same QTH and wouldn't start over, but a new call would be a complete restart on everything. The "Notes for this QSO" is where I enter the QSO's town info, BTW.
I don't count contest QSO's for ANYTHING beyond the scope of the contest. A "Frequency" field where I could enter "7021", "28003" would be NICE!. Perhaps there could be a field that could be used like a "wild card" and be assigned a name that would meet one's individual need.
