Well, unfortunately Ron, the radio will not "center" on the psk frequency when in lower sideband. I want to be able to put the signal in the middle of the pass band of my filter which is at 1500 hz. Being able to decode the psk signal on lower or upper sideband is not the issue here. Hope that explains it.
