Ron, Sorry, I don't understand your question/comment. What I am saying is that unless there is an exception made in the CTY file K7C would appear to DX4WIN as a K7 stateside call rather than a special DXpedition call same as the operations at K1B (Baker Isld) or K5K (Kingman Reef).
