Yes, you will Tony. You can do one of two things:
1. Instead of over-writing, merge the new country file in. This
will preserve your old data.
File -> Databases -> Countries
File -> Merge other Country File
..or..
2. Export your previous QSL managers and addresses, over-write the
old country file, then import that data back in.
If you are using a recent country file, #1 is easier. If your
country file is very old, #1 could result in some old country data
remaining, so #2 works best.
