Forget the earlier post. Just had a senior moment. :))

Subject: [Dx4win] USB Keying adapters?
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

For those of you running contesting software and who have moved to
"modern" (read: cheap) computers, what are you using to key your rigs on
CW? I just received my new PC and discovered that serial and parallel
ports have been eliminated (and no additional USB ports over my old one,
and even the keyboard and mouse now require two of those ports!). So,
$60 later for a SIIG 4-port serial card adapter gives me the serial ports
I need, but no parallel port and no slots left over. So, I'm looking for
alternate methods for keying.

        Thanks and 73,
                Duane

I'm using the microHam microKeyer but it's not supported by DX4WIN (yet). It
has a Winkey chip in it.

Same here - it works great. Sold all my old
COM/LPT port gear long ago and went with USB. The writing was on the wall.....
