It sounds like your country file got corrupted. Your log is probably OK. First, close DX4WIN. Go to your SAVE directory and copy your DX4WIN.CTY file to somewhere else (you can send it to me if you want and I can try to recover it). Download the latest file from: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/ and put it in your SAVE directory.
