Thanks Jim. At least I know it is not me. As a work around I saved the settings I wanted as a CUSTOM label which seems to be working for me for now. When you have your label window open to EDIT, make your selections as to fonts, colors, etc, then hit COPY and select, for example CUSTOM LABEL 1 to save to, what exactly gets saved to the new custom label? The help info does not explain this function. Thanks....................
