Alaskan IOTA can be a good source too, especially for rare 2nd district.

Subject: [Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release #33 - first call
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I have started working on DX4WIN.CTY Release #33 - here are the preliminary
release notes:

     http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cty/history.htm#33

This does NOT YET include any of the exceptions mailed to me personally, just
those resulting from my consolidation work (see below).

I quote from the release notes:

"This release represents a major change to the database and release process.
In the past contest, DX4WIN and packet country databases were all maintained in
separate files. This release represents the first one from a common set of
entity/prefix/callsign data. This will allow me to do releases much more
easily, since I only have to make the change in one place. As this is the first
release, there are bound to be some new errors. On the flip side, I was able to
correct some old errors, most of which are listed below."

"This will also be the last release to use this revision history format. I will
be adopting a new revision history format for the "unified" country files, and
they will all be hosted on a new web site. Stay tuned for a more formal
announcement."

I will need a few "beta testers" to make sure I didn't break anything. I hope
to have something that I can release for test (only) in about a week.

Please send any comments/additions/corrections my way.

Subject: [Dx4win] ADIF Export
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

It appears that sometime between version 6 and now DX4WIN is no longer
exporting
the Ten-Ten token in the ADIF export. I suspect this is because the Ten-Ten
number is no longer a separate input field in the logging form and now part of
the
award systems.

Is there a plan to reintroduce this token back into the export routine? There
are
a number of 10-10 folks who use this program.
