I am using Windows XP Home SP2, Have the FT1000 mp mkV interfaced through a RigExpert SD using USB and a 2 meter radio and tnc operating packet through COM1
I leave the 2 meter radio up and connected to packet most of the time however I shut off the FT1000 when I leave the shack. When I shut down the FT1000 after a while DX4WIN notifies me that the HF rig has timed out (as expected). When I come back and power up the FT1000 and then select start radio Windows XP crashes with a blue screen requiring a power cycle of the computer. Anyone seen this one?
