[Dx4win] Solved - problem controlling IC-7000

Thanks to Bill Blick, W8EB, for the solution: In the IC-7000 menu, change
the CI-V address to 50h, then, in DX4WIN, under File/Preferences/Radio,
select ICOM 756 (which has a default adr of 50).
