I noted that the file DX4WIN.MAS is dated on dec. 12th 1998, are there any
newer copy..?

You can make a file yourself from K5ZD's Super Check Partial database.

If there is interest, I could convert Randy's database to DX4WIN.MAS format and
put it on my web site. I'd have to do this each time he releases a new file.
