I thought about this some more. I'm going to write a Windows application that will read in your log for the year and generate a .CSV report that matches the format of the Marathon application. You will use a date filter and the logbook window to produce the report. You will still need to open the report in Excel, then copy/paste the information into the CQ application, but if I do this right, there will be a minimal amount of editing required when all is said and done.
