First, make sure that VE7CC is configured in "Ports/Logging Program" to enable "Logging Program Connection - Telnet" Next, create an entry in (at the top of) your DX4WIN.TCP file in the SAVE directory: W6RLL,localhost:7300 (some prefer: W6RLL,127.0.0.1:7300 ) Now start the VE7CC software and start a packet connection in DX4WIN.
