At one time I had it working with a version of DX4Win but I can't seem to get it to work now. I've gone back through the archives with no luck. The batch file I'm using extracts the info from the text file but doesn't seem to copy it to manager.res. My log for each country is stored in a separate DX4Win file. I know that I can manually edit the preferences and add the callsign but this is error prone.
