Here is another way that is very easy using Excel. Export all the calls as noted below. Import into Excel, assuming you have fewer calls than the maximum number of rows allowed in Excel.
All the calls will be in column A. In cell B2 enter the following formula: =IF(A2=A3,"D",IF(A2=A1,"D","")) That will flag each call that appears more than once with the letter "D". Copy that formula down the entire column. Then copy all the rows in that column to column C but do a "Paste Special" and paste the "Value". Then sort column C. Delete all the rows with a "D" and you are left with the unique calls. It's a lot easier than my explanation! This avoids trying to manually check down a long column of calls looking for duplicates. Just checked my log of 28000 calls and found I have 7700 uniques.
