I just noticed that State is not being imported properly. It is
showing up in QSO notes instead of the State. I have been importing
my ADIF files from Writelog and all else appears to be ok.

Can I fix this for the future? Can I reload and just update the state?

Dick,

Before you import your ADIF file use a text editor to search & replace
whatever field name the state is in (maybe EXCHANGE or whatever Writelog
puts it in) to STATE. Then it will import correctly into the state
field in DX4WIN. I think you can do even do that if it is the section
instead of the state in the ADIF file and DX4WIN will convert the
section to the correct state.

For example, in the ARRL RTTY N1MM put the state in a field called
EXCHANGE1:

<EXCHANGE1:2>KS

Just search for EXCHANGE1 and replace it with STATE.
