Fixed it! Thanks for the information, Rick. Since you reported yours 
working properly, I did a little more detective work.

It turns out there's a bit of a bug in the control logic code, one 
that may have been there forever. On the Preferences CW page, I had 
set the CW / PTT Interface to "None"since I have a Winkey I wanted to 
use for keying. This produced the upside-down control signal on LPT 
port pin 14. When I selected LPT1, the logic reversed itself and 
operated properly!

So if anyone else has encountered the same problem, just be sure you 
have LPT CW/PTT keying selected and the program will act as expected.
